Programs — Edge

This is not development. This is acceleration.

Edge is deliberately designed to challenge, stretch, and accelerate the highest-potential talent in your organization — not simply develop them. Real stakes. Senior exposure. Peer cohort intensity.

The Edge Difference

Three things that make Edge genuinely different.

Real Stakes
Every module involves a live business deliverable with executive sponsor accountability. No simulations. No safe practice. Real consequences.
Senior Exposure
Participants present to C-suite, shadow senior leaders, and engage in structured conversations with your organization's most experienced thinkers.
Peer Cohort Intensity
A carefully curated cohort of up to 30 high-potential leaders. Peer challenge, structured feedback, and shared accountability over six months.

Program Arc

Five phases. From identification to impact.

01 — Wks 1–2
Selection & Onboarding
HRBP-nominated talent goes through a structured selection process. Accepted participants are briefed on expectations, cohort norms, and stretch commitments.
02 — Wks 3–5
Diagnostics & Self-Awareness
Deep-dive 360° feedback, leadership assessment, and a 1:1 coaching session to define each participant's individual growth arc for the program.
03 — Wks 6–18
Accelerated Development
Four intensive modules over 12 weeks: Influence & Persuasion, Strategic Thinking, Leading Through Uncertainty, and Executive Communication.
04 — Wks 12–22
Stretch Projects & Sponsorship
Real business projects with executive sponsors. Participants present findings to senior leadership with accountability for outcomes — not just process.
05 — Wks 23–26
Legacy & Certification
Final presentation, post-360° debrief, and alumni onboarding. Individual development plan for the 12 months post-program with sponsor accountability.
